At Zebra Pen, we stand behind the quality of our writing instruments and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all pens and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package, or use a trackable shipping method of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your returned items, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
